Collect feedback and roadmap ideas

Use customer feedback to decide what to improve, build or explain next.

Feedback helps you see where customers are confused, what they want next and which issues deserve attention.

Look for repeated signals

One request can be useful. Repeated requests are stronger. Track patterns across messages, support questions, refunds and roadmap votes.

Separate bugs from ideas

A bug is something that should already work. A feature idea is something new or improved. Keeping them separate helps you respond with the right urgency.

Ask for context

Useful feedback includes:

  • What the person was trying to do.
  • What happened.
  • What they expected.
  • Why the request matters.

Context is more helpful than a vague suggestion.

Close the loop

When you ship a fix or improvement, tell the people who asked for it. This builds trust and encourages better feedback later.

Use feedback with analytics

Feedback explains the why. Analytics shows the scale. Together they help you choose better improvements.
