Add social and text links

Use links to send visitors to the right places without distracting from checkout.

Links help visitors verify who you are and find related channels. They should support the sale, not replace it.

Add the platforms where you are active and where buyers can see more of your work. Avoid adding empty or inactive profiles just to fill space.

Use the same handle your audience recognizes where possible.

Text links are useful for:

  • Newsletter signup pages.
  • Podcast or video channels.
  • Portfolio pages.
  • Community spaces.
  • External resources customers need.

Write labels that explain the destination. "Free pricing calculator" is clearer than "Click here".

Place commercial links before passive links. If your goal is selling a product, keep social links lower on the page so customers are not pulled away too early.

Check every URL

Open each link after saving. Broken links reduce trust quickly, especially on launch day.
