Bookings need clear communication. Customers should know when the session is happening, how to join and what to do if plans change.
Review new bookings
Check each new booking for:
- Customer name and email.
- Product booked.
- Session time.
- Any notes or context.
- Calendar status.
If a booking needs manual follow-up, handle it early.
Reschedule carefully
When a session moves, make sure the new time works for both sides. Keep the customer informed and avoid changing times repeatedly unless there is a real reason.
Cancel only when needed
If you need to cancel, be direct and helpful. Explain the next step, whether that is a reschedule, refund or follow-up message.
Keep notes outside public fields
Do not put private coaching notes in fields the customer might see. Keep sensitive context in your own secure workspace.
Improve the product page
If customers keep asking the same pre-call questions, add the answers to the coaching product description.
