Digital products work best when the customer knows exactly what they receive and how quickly they can use it.
Choose the product type
Use a digital product for downloads such as:
- Templates.
- Guides.
- Workbooks.
- Swipe files.
- Audio files.
- Design assets.
If the offer is a structured learning experience, a course may be a better fit.
Write a clear title
The title should describe the outcome or asset. "Notion content planner for coaches" is stronger than "My planner".
Explain what is included
Use the description to list files, formats, instructions and ideal buyers. Mention any tools the customer needs to use the product.
Upload the right files
Check file names before uploading. Clear file names reduce support questions after purchase.
If there are multiple files, group them logically and avoid duplicate versions unless customers need them.
Publish and test the path
After saving, open the product page from your storefront and review the customer journey from product detail to checkout.
