File delivery should feel boring in the best way: the customer pays, opens the delivery flow and gets the correct asset.
Use clear file names
Rename files before upload. Good names include the product name, file purpose and version if needed.
For example: creator-launch-calendar-v1.pdf.
Keep formats simple
Use common formats customers can open. PDF, ZIP, CSV, PNG and common template formats are easier to support than unusual file types.
Avoid accidental extras
Remove drafts, source files or private notes unless they are intentionally part of the product.
Update files carefully
When you update a product, make sure the new file still matches the product description. If the update changes the promise, update the page copy too.
Reduce support questions
Include a short instruction file when a product needs setup. A simple "start here" PDF can prevent many customer messages.
