Start onboarding
Open the payment or payout area in your dashboard and begin Stripe onboarding. Stripe may ask for identity, business and bank details depending on your country and account type.
Use accurate information
Enter legal and banking details carefully. Incorrect information can delay payouts or require additional verification.
Complete required steps
If Stripe requests more information, complete it before launch. A connected account may still need extra verification before payouts are fully available.
Test the customer path
After connecting Stripe, open your storefront and check that paid offers show the expected checkout path.
Keep account access secure
Do not share Stripe or Mercato login details. Use official account access flows where available.
